[Description]This product is yellow clarified oil liquid.

[Pharmacological Action]

Pharmacodynamic: Sex hormone drugs. Altrenogest acts similarly to natural progesterone. During administration, it can inhibit pituitary secretion of gonadotropin, prevent follicle development and estrus; After the end of administration, the pituitary gland resumed to secrete gonadotropin, promoting follicle development and estrus. The same degree of follicular development and simultaneous recovery of gonadotropin secretion during drug withdrawal caused all animals to estrus at the same time 5 to 8 days after drug withdrawal.

Pharmacokinetics: This product is rapidly absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract, reaching peak blood concentration 1 hour after the first administration and approximately 4 hours after the 18th administration. Altrenogest is metabolized primarily by the liver and excreted through bile, with an elimination half-life of about 14 hours. 

[Indication]

Used to control the simultaneous estrus of sow.

[Usage and dosage]

It is calculated by allyl gestrel. Feed directly with 5ml nozzle or spray on the feed for internal administration, one dose, gilt 20mg (5ml), continuous use for 18 days.

[Caution]

1. Use only on sexually mature sows that have been in heat at least once.

2. Administer each animal individually, ensuring a daily dose.

3. Use with caution in sows with acute and subacute chronic endometritis.

4. Protective clothing and gloves during operation, and wash hands after operation and before eating.

5. Pregnant women and women of childbearing age should avoid contact with this product and be very careful if necessary. Accidental contact may lead to menstrual disorders or prolonged pregnancy, so direct skin contact should be avoided as much as possible, if accidental leakage to the skin, should be washed immediately with soap and water.

6. The bottle is valid within 60 days after opening, and the remaining should be discarded.
